Six ways to pour Amani

Every measurement below is precise, in millilitres, so your serve is consistent every time. Build slowly — a good gin drink is a small ceremony, not a rush.

Amani & Tonic cocktail
The classic

Amani & Tonic

The simplest way to taste the gin properly.

  • Amani Premium Gin50 ml
  • Premium tonic water150 ml
  • IceFull glass
  • GarnishOrange peel + juniper berries
  1. Fill a large balloon glass with ice.
  2. Pour the gin over the ice.
  3. Top slowly with chilled tonic water.
  4. Stir once, garnish, and serve immediately.
Amani Sour cocktail
Bright & balanced

Amani Sour

A short, citrus-forward shaken serve.

  • Amani Premium Gin50 ml
  • Fresh lemon juice25 ml
  • Sugar syrup15 ml
  • Egg white (optional)15 ml
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice, shake 10 seconds (dry shake).
  2. Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Amani Negroni cocktail
Bitter & bold

Amani Negroni

Equal parts, stirred, never rushed.

  • Amani Premium Gin25 ml
  • Sweet vermouth25 ml
  • Campari25 ml
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel, expressed over the drink.
Amani Tom Collins cocktail
Tall & refreshing

Amani Tom Collins

A long summer serve, topped with soda.

  • Amani Premium Gin50 ml
  • Fresh lemon juice25 ml
  • Sugar syrup15 ml
  • Soda water, to top~90 ml
  1. Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.
Amani Espresso Martini cocktail
Bold & energising

Amani Espresso Martini

A short, punchy after-dinner serve.

  • Amani Premium Gin50 ml
  • Coffee liqueur25 ml
  • Fresh espresso, cooled25 ml
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 15–20 seconds to build the foam.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  4. Garnish with three coffee beans.

Gin meets bubbles — built for toasts.

  • Amani Premium Gin30 ml
  • Fresh lemon juice15 ml
  • Sugar syrup10 ml
  • Chilled sparkling wine, to top~90 ml
  1. Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  3. Top slowly with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a long lemon twist.
